Ability to determine effectiveness of care provided as related to short and long term patient goals. Performance of nursing actions and medical orders to meet complex needs of patients and significant others; taking into account their age, specific psychosocial and educational needs. Accuracy in documenting care provided and patient response to care in appropriate form on patient’s record. Ability to respond in emergency situations. Thorough understanding and implementation of nursing process and clinical pathways.

Karmanos Cacer Institutuee , Infusion Nurse, Providence Hospital, Case Manager Select Specialty Hospital, Woodward Hills Nursing Center, Oakland Regional Hospital, Southeast Michigan Surgical Hospital - held several temporary positions at these facilities during 2007 and 2008 while caring for my elderly father. Experience at these sites included Med/Surg, Long Term Care and PACU.
Fresenius Dialysis Clinic - (Detroit, MI) From November 2006 - December 2006 held full time position as Dialysis RN providing care and treatment to chronic renal patients in outpatient clinic. Hemodialysis/Blood Therapies.
